A multipurpose company established to assist and serve investors and developers in the construction and real estate markets.
Incorporated and based in Istanbul, Türkiye, we provide our services through specialized teams to cater for our Clients’ needs and requests in all aspects of Construction Consultancy including Project Management, Design Management, Commercial Management and Management Structuring.
We have over thirty-five years of experience in the construction industry through our involvement with major projects and names in the relevant sectors.
Our Story
With a solid consultancy and engineering background, we started out with a vision to provide Property Management services to Clients and investors in Istanbul. This soon expanded to provision of real estate brokerage, design consultancy and construction project management services across the region and later into Africa.
Independent, Impartial Advice
We are totally independent of the supply chain. Our Clients trust us to give impartial advice that is based on our in-depth knowledge of construction costs, consultants, contractors, and local conditions.
Our services offer support to our Clients across a range of construction sectors and cover the whole project lifecycle from inception to completion.
We provide hands-on assistance with setting up and implementing PMOs, design and project management.
