We are KPM
A multipurpose company established to assist and serve investors in the Turkish and Middle East region construction and real estate market.
Incorporated and based in Istanbul, Türkiye, we provide our services through specialized teams to cater for our Clients’ needs and requests in all aspects of Construction Consultancy including Project Management, Engineering Management, Commercial Management and Management Structuring.
We have thirty-five years of experience in the construction market through our work with the major projects and names in the relevant sectors.
Our Story
KPM was established by Haissam El Mahmoud and Mohammad El Halabi in 2019.
With a solid consultancy and engineering background, we started out with a vision to provide Property Management services to Clients and investors in Istanbul. This soon expanded to provision of real estate brokerage and consultancy services, and construction project management services across the country.
Independent, Impartial Advice
We are totally independent of the supply chain. Our Clients trust us to give impartial advice that is based on our in-depth knowledge of construction costs, consultants, contractors, and local conditions.
Our services offer support to our Clients across a range of construction sectors and cover the whole project lifecycle: assistance with cost management, management services for projects, in-use management, and technical advisory services.
