Tarek Taha Ismail
PMO Consultant
Tarek is a Project Management Consultant with over 30 years’ experience in the construction industry. He is currently the PMO Consultant to the Mayor of the Madinah Regional Municipality, in KSA.
Tarek received his Masters Degree in Business Administration from the American University in Cairo in 2002. He also received a Professional Diploma in Project Management from the AUC in 1997 and a BS degree in Civil Engineering from Cairo University in 1991.
Tarek has contributed to the development of project management strategy and methodology for MOMRA in 2007. He has led the effort for establishing PMOs in several organizations in Saudi Arabia and Egypt. He also worked as a Project Control Manager for several largescale projects in Saudi Arabia and Egypt.
Tarek has participated in several workshops for Project Management, Strategic Management and Quality Management in Japan, USA, UAE, Egypt and Saudi Arabia.
He is a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI), The American Association for Cost Engineers (AACE), Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) and The Egyptian Syndicate for Engineers.
